Role Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers within Cumbria.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Attend training opportunities to aid in professional development • Collaborate with the technical team to offer tailored feed solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
Requirements: • Strong knowledge of ruminant systems, particularly from a practical perspective.
• Confidence in meeting new people within the industry.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout Cumbria.
