We are looking for an experienced Cloud Voice Sales Specialist to join our growing Sales team.
Reporting into the Cloud Voice Team Leader, we are looking for an organised confident individual to help accelerate our Cloud voice (VoIP) sales performance.
You will be responsible for cross selling and upselling Cloud solutions to both existing and new customers, and will become a product champion supporting other members of the sales team.

The Role: Represent Chess effectively with customers by developing and exhibiting a comprehensive knowledge of its VoIP propositions.
Responsible for converting sales from point of lead qualification through to contract signature.
Effective customer qualification to ensure that an appropriate and tailored proposal is presented to the customer.
Maximise sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as specified to deliver a positive return on overhead cost.
Deliver against required productivity metrics and sales behaviours as defined.
Generate new leads and work to build and develop a pipeline that provides 3 x cover minimum against sales targets.
Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Maintain strong understanding of both market and competitor activity so as to establish trusted advisor status.
Work with account managers to identify and close new Cloud Voice opportunities.
Working alongside Sales and Service Leaders to ensure processes are followed.
The Candidate: Proven track record of converting Customers to a VoIP product solution.
3 years' experience in a sales role selling technology solutions.
Not mandatory but experience in converting sales on the Gamma Horizon platform would be a distinct advantage.
Ability to self-generate pipeline to close but also work on existing leads to progress through sales funnel.
Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills.
Evidence of having built robust sales pipeline in order to achieve required sales results.
Experience in closing Mid-market and enterprise-level deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Enthusiastic and passionate with a willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to travel to customer meetings and office hubs when required.
Strong ability to analyse business opportunities effectively and present a profitable proposal that generates value for the customer and profit for Chess.

Salary details: Up to £35k, depending on experience, plus monthly commission bonus.
