Splendid Communications, an exciting and passionate PR Communications agency, is looking for a capable New-Business Marketing Manager to join the team.

The Role:  The role has 4 components which are critical to the agency attracting and pursuing new business opportunities: Managing the delivery of the Agency's inbound marketing strategy • Working alongside a Director and Social Media Team, you will provide input into the agency's inbound marketing strategy specifically supporting the New Business function.
This includes our social media strategy, content, digital and awards.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the inbound strategy, ensuring you get input from our creative and content teams to develop the materials and assets needed to drive inbound leads.
You will utilise the agency's studio team to execute our marketing strategy under your direction.
Ownership and collation of agency marketing materials • You will manage all agency case studies, this includes managing the library of existing materials, working with the campaign teams to identify new case studies and managing writing of these case studies alongside account owners.
• Working alongside a Director, you'll own the development of, and ongoing updates to, agency templates such as credentials, ensuring they are fresh, relevant and templated, you'll also assist with the production of agency creds for prospect meetings.
• You will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure we enter key awards, and work alongside campaign teams in the production of award entries and associated admin Management of RFI information • RFI's are a critical part of the new business process, you will work alongside all relevant agency teams to develop and maintain a core template for key information often needed in RFI's.
• You will be responsible for compiling this information into our live RFI responses and where necessary locating and populating additional agency information needed.
Outreach to potential clients - You will identify new opportunities, researching brands and trends in their industry - You will develop and maintain relationships with contacts by email, LinkedIn and phone - You will develop, review and implement new business strategies to deliver on targets Additional Responsibilities: • Provide further administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure the Splendid Collective brand is properly represented to all Clients and suppliers.
• Manage the new business database on HubSpot – regularly updating it with new contacts and creating tasks for contact owners to perform.
• Regularly review the content on the website, ensuring key content / updates are uploaded in a timely manner and aligned to our content strategy.
• Create and maintain a list of live prospects and their status in a board report style for inclusion at monthly management meetings.
• Being commercially aware of budgets and costings where relevant.
• Driving internal engagement and promoting an inclusive and friendly culture.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations internally on what the agency should be looking at to ensure we remain at the forefront of a rapidly changing marketplace.
Experience / Skills Required: • Agency experience is key, as is having previously used HubSpot.
• Imaginative and ideas-driven, opportunistic and tenacious in pursuing opportunities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and hardworking ethic.
• Meticulously organised.
• Strong understanding of the marketing disciplines.
• Ability to work independently, managing your own workload, deadlines and priorities.
• Team player who can operate effectively under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
• Proven project management skills.
• Marketing degree or similar qualification to degree level or equivalent.
