As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for handling mid to large deals and tenders, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Your pro-active approach, strategic mindset, and positive attitude will be vital in building strong relationships with clients and achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic sales process, encompassing both direct sales, tenders and partnership development, to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations across different verticals, including the built environment and facilities sectors.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of our software and professional services.
Exceed realistic sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Experience and Qualifications Proven track record as a successful Business Development Manager, specifically in handling mid to large-sized deals and tenders at the enterprise level.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to engage and influence key decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the risk, compliance, and safety landscape within the built environment and facilities sectors is highly desirable.
