Your Purpose As a New Business manager you will be looking to identify, scope and secure distribution of our brands within the West London and the South of England.
You will work as part of a team to promote Molson Coors Beverage Company, creating new business relationships and liaise with our customers and consumers within a fast-paced environment.
We're super keen to hear from awesome sales professionals who may have previous experience in beverages or consumer goods, with the ability to influence key customers and decision makers is something you should feel comfortable and confident with whilst having vast commercial and financial awareness.
Key Responsibilities Identifying key new business opportunities for the regional team, focusing on large accounts (as classified by CGA beer volume size) and building long term relationships.
Creating, inputting and maintaining best practices throughout the wider team.
Planning and implementing sales priorities set out by the Regional On Trade director to deliver brand distribution targets, volume targets and account contribution targets.
Raise the profile of Molson Coors within the London, Essex and Kent regions, by networking with key opinion formers and securing visibility opinion forming venues.
Once new business opportunities and been identified, create new profit streams through effective negotiation of long term deals.
About you Previous sales, marketing or commerical experience.
Proven negotiation skills  Excellent commercial awareness, including customer financials (P&L & B/S)    Knowledge of consumer and market insight  Ability to influence key opinion formers and build effective working relationships    You may not meet all the criteria for the role, but don't let that stop you from applying.
