New Business Director

Our global Sales team is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and driven New Business Director to join our global sales team. In this role, you will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our market experts to tailor solutions that meet our clients' needs, positioning CRU as the go-to partner for data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy to drive sales growth.Identify potential clients and create tailored pitches that align with their needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.Domestic and international travel will be required in order to support our global clients.Proven track record in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the commodities, market analysis, B2B or related industries.Strong network of contacts within relevant sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong understanding of the metals, mining, or fertilizers industries is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based commission.Opportunities for professional growth and development as part of a global company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to work with industry-leading experts and a diverse range of clients.About CRU: CRU International is a leading provider of business intelligence and consulting services in the metals, mining, and fertilizer industries.
