Work with the Business Development Director to achieve the revenue targets for Exhibitor sales.

Everyday is selling and striving to hit target.
Cold calling, email, social media lead gen, face to face show walking, networking and researching.
?
Be part of sales and the Exhibitor Outbound sales team - winning and processing orders.
?
Encourage and motivate colleagues, maintaining a healthy level of competition.
?
Conducting sales calls on Teams or face to face.
?
Presenting at Exhibitor Days, generating leads and being a point of contact.
?
Work within the sales strategy to grow the business on shows where we are the official contractor; including develop retention plans to demonstrate growth year on year.
?
Build on unofficial sales, by working with Business Development Director to identify new shows and Organisers.
?
Constantly look for crossover opportunities between official and non unofficial shows, building multi show exhibitors.
?
Visit Exhibitions to ensure Exhibitors are satisfied, scoping out new opportunities and bringing competitor knowledge back to the department.
?
Manage and own your sales pipeline to ensure there is sufficient opportunity to meet targets.
?
Work to increase the scope of work and services we provide to clients - upselling and cross selling when appropriate and ensuring a profitable mix of income.
?
Work with the wider Commercial Team to explore/ support the opportunities for sales within organiser relationships.
?
Work closely with internal colleagues on the ordering processes to ensure an effective hand over and all information is captured on internal systems including clarity, salesforce, SOP.
?
Ensure all CRM systems and reporting information are up to date, well maintained and accurate.
?
Provide regular financial reports to the Business Development Director on pipeline, targets and won work.
?
Maintain regular communication with existing & prospective clients.
