Job Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of new build property transactions, including shared ownership schemes and right-to-buy arrangements, with minimal supervision. Building professional relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders, and developing connections with other work sources. Meeting agreed fee income targets and contributing to the practice's financial goals. Job Qualifications and Skills: Holds a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or possesses direct experience in managing a new build conveyancing caseload. Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Commercially aware, with an understanding of business targets and their impact on the firm. Committed to providing high-quality client care and service. Proficient in web-based case management systems and general IT.
