This role offers the opportunity for wide-ranging development working as part of an Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) working within a Trauma Informed Care Approach Hours The site currently offers a flexible work pattern between Monday-Sunday, hour days ( days to be discussed with successful candidate) Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £47,466 per annum - depending on experience.

You'll provide direct and/or indirect support for those presenting with neurodiversity/ learning difficulties, You'll support for those with long-term neurological conditions such as Alzheimers and/or Dementia and will support the IMHT with training in relevant area You'll be a lynch pin in the team, making a huge difference to our prisoners quality of life.

You'll be a qualified RMN/RNLD and hold a current NMC registration You will be responsible for assessment, care coordination and triage of complex care; you will be required to support the management of complex prisoners who may have social or environmental needs You will have responsibility for care quality performance and clinical activity by providing professional clinical leadership and guidance, clinical advice and management.
