Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Neurodiversity Coach & Mentor.
The role involves providing coaching and mentorship to Neurodivergent individuals, supporting them in personal and professional development.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting coaching sessions, developing personalised strategies, and fostering a supportive environment for Neurodivergent talent.
Qualifications Experience with Access to work applications Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting Neurodivergent individuals Knowledge of neurodiversity, inclusion, and empowerment principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create personalized development plans and strategies Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting Neurodivergent individuals
