What is in it for you: Salary in the range of £45,000 - £55,000 Flexibility in hybrid working - 3/4 days a week into the office Private healthcare Life Insurance Pension Onsite Gym Career development - Our client is committed to investing in the future of their employees The opportunity to work in attractive offices with a dynamic and passionate working environment The role: As a Network / Infrastructure Engineer your primary focus will be on providingday-to-day support operations for the server and network infrastructure across the organisation You will be the 'go to' person for the complete upgrade of the current network infrastructure and for future scaling with full involvement in process and policy This roleincludes managing Windows Server Microsoft environments, ensuring seamless networking, and utilising the Microsoft tech-stack.
Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
Ideal candidates will possess: Proven experience in a similar Network / Windows Engineering role.
Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems.
Exchange Server, Active Directory Microsoft tech-stack Strong networking skills, with an understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies.
TCP/IP, LAN, WAN etc Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Excellent communication skills.
