As a 3rd line escalation point, you'll play a pivotal role in systems maintenance and networking support for our diverse client base.
What we're looking for: Previous experience in a corporate 3rd line network support role, ideally within an MSP A proactive and customer-focused mindset A genuine passion for upskilling and growth Technical Requirements: CCNP-level technical skills (FortiGate NSE4+ is a bonus) Strong expertise in networking, IPv4/DHCP/DNS, switches, firewall technologies, and WAN Proficient in network management, monitoring, and packet capture tools Your Role: Systems maintenance for a variety of clients Act as a 3rd line escalation point for service desk issues Gain exposure to cutting-edge tech and work on exciting internal and client projects Be part of an on-call rota (one week per month) Project Work: • Datacentre and client site deployments • Submitting and executing change requests
