Network / Data Center Operations Support

Requirements : L2/L3 IP Protocols : HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRF SD-WAN/SD-Access Expertise : Viptela, Cisco SD-Access, Cisco DNA, Cisco ISE Routing & Switching : Deep knowledge and troubleshooting expertise Data Center Operations : Infrastructure & Branch/Headquarter connectivity Certifications : CCNP ENCOR (required), CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (preferred) Additional Certification : Cisco ENSDENG (good to have) Experience : Data Center deployment/operation experience is a plus Skills : Vulnerability Management, Lifecycle Management, network troubleshooting Flexibility : Willingness to support in a 24/7 environment Responsibilities : Extensive support for DC operations and network deployment Troubleshoot network issues using tools like Wireshark (packet analysis) Deployment and implementation of SD-WAN & SD-Access solutions Create and manage High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) Prepare solution documentation and network impact reports Regular client interaction to understand requirements and deliver services Provide consultation for network design, particularly with SD-WAN and SD-Access Support 24/7 availability, manage critical incidents (P1) and provide break-fix support
