One of Berkshire's most established and successful independent estate agency's is currently recruiting for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join its thriving team in Crowthorne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded, passionate individual looking to progress within a reputable company.
They have a great office atmosphere and want someone who wants to come in and 'join the family'.

A minimum of 1 years' experience within residential estate agency
Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary on offer will include a basic of £20,000, plus office commission enabling you to earn in the region of £35,000.
There will be a guarantee of £30,000 to £35,000 in place for the first 3 months of your employment depending on experience.

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role.
You will only be required to work occasional Saturdays when covering annual leave / sick days.
