Need A Registered Childminder For Our 2 Year Old Boy.

Looking for an experienced childminder to entertain our 2 year old boy for 2 afternoons a week for 3 hours each.
I'm a stay at home mum with a 2 year old and newborn twins so need extra support at the moment.
Must enjoy the outdoors and spend lots of time outside.
Must have a good understanding of attachment based care & have a gentle approach.
The individual must align with our family values & understand our Montessori-type approach to parenting.
We would like someone who is reliable and lives near Montgomery SY15.
Good pay for the right individual.
