As an NDT Team Lead you will leading an established team who are responsible for the inspection of a variety of components and materials.

Other day to day responsibilities will include -
Effectively lead the NDT team, ensuring they always represent the best interests of the organisation.
To coach and develop individuals within the team.
Ensure inspection and reporting is conducted to the highest standards, meeting expectations on delivery and quality.
Work with other departments to ensure overall company targets and objectives are met.
