The Enerpro Group is looking for an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Manager who has knowledge of rope access, to develop and establish our NDT division. This is a new role offering significant autonomy and growth potential for the right candidate. This is a staff position and is based in our Aberdeen office.

As the NDT Manager at Enerpro, you will spearhead the launch and development of our new Inspection division, establishing robust processes and procedures, expanding service offerings, and building a high-performing team. This strategic role will be instrumental in positioning Enerpro as a market leader in NDT and rope access services, in both onshore and offshore activities.
You will have autonomy to manage and run the newly created NDT division and lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of all NDT operations and act as the division's authority on best practices, compliance, and innovation. There will also be the opportunity to develop and manage company documentation such as procedures, reports and trackers.
We are looking to speak to people who have these qualities:
Experienced as an NDT manager, within an Engineering or Offshore/Quayside Construction environment Qualified in NDT methods – including UT, Eddy Current, MPI and DPI - essential Offshore certifications – essential IRATA Level 3 Certification - essential Confident with DNV, AWS, ABS inspection standards In-depth knowledge of governing bodies (ABS, DNV, LRQA, IRATA/SPRAT) Strong project management skills Proven track record in writing technical procedures Advanced understanding of NDT techniques; Technical Authority status is advantageous Experienced in Special Periodic Surveys Strong leadership and team management skills What we offer:
