Manpower - National Sales Manager Location: Covering the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Branch locations are….. Belfast, Grange mouth, Grimsby, Wigan, Newcastle, and Leeds.
Working Pattern: Blended (attend each office location once every 5-6 weeks) plus travel for new business opportunities.
Successful candidate must have a driving license and access to their own vehicle.

You'll do this by carefully planning and making the most of new client opportunities in our convenience business division.
Building strong relationships inside and outside the company is a key part of your role, helping us get the most out of our team and contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities: • Devise and execute sales plans aimed at expanding Manpower's customer base within the Growth Platforms of our convenience business division.
The focus will be on solidifying Manpower's presence and fostering sustainable growth • Be instrumental in achieving annual business targets, with a specific focus on delivering new business Gross Profit (GP) • Articulate and sell our organisational values to potential businesses, particularly emphasising the growth of our convenience platform.
Your efforts will concentrate on specific onsite industry sectors.
• Cultivate productive and professional relationships with key personnel within Manpower's operations.
Building and promoting such relationships will be essential during the pursuit of sales opportunities • Drive the development and implementation of new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes.
Your role is pivotal in converting new clients and expanding the business portfolio • Provide detailed monthly reports on the sales pipeline and successes.
Regular updates will be shared with senior operations on a weekly basis to ensure transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
• Collaborate effectively with operational stakeholders by sharing sales leads and offering visibility on all new volume opportunities.
This cooperative approach is crucial for ensuring a unified and informed operational strategy • Offer support in client meetings by collaborating with local operational teams throughout the sales cycle.
Provide coaching, enhance shared relationships, and play an active role in preparing client proposals and presentations.
Your involvement ensures a seamless transition from sales to service delivery Experience / Skill Requirements: • Strong experience in sales and showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the field, Manufacturing, Logistics, Driving OR Ancillary is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets and actively contributing to revenue growth, underscoring a track record of success.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and a keen awareness of the competitive landscape.
• Essential proficiency in networking and cultivating relationships.
• The ability to sustain connections with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders is of paramount importance.
