With excellent stakeholder management and commercial focus, liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to review, implement and deliver tactics, and optimisations for both in-store and online execution, that drive volume and value.
Collaborating with our internal teams to develop high level data management and analytical skills, create and maintain performance tracker and any required business reporting on key metrics for internal stakeholders and the SLT team This is a great opportunity to join the most recognised Nursery Brand in the UK.

Responsibilities Reporting directly into the UK Head of National Accounts you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a portfolio of National retail accounts.
Key accounts could include Argos, John Lewis, and Next.
You'll also; · Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
· Develop and implement account-specific business plans, including promotional plans, pricing strategies, product launches and Marketing plans.
· Analyse account performance data and use insights to develop and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and product launches are successful.
· Represent the company within stores linked to your accounts.
· Provide regular sales and market trend reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
· Implement and manage JBP for assigned accounts, regularly having account strategy reviews with the Head of Nationals.
Qualifications - An established National Account Manager, preferable within the nursery industry, with evidence of sales growth.
- Experienced at managing accounts with physical stores and digital platforms - Experience of creating ranging and marketing plans, with support - Confident with trading terms, understanding P&L impact, reading sales data and forecasting and stock planning.
- Strong internal and external relationship building skills - Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel - Working from home with regular travel to stores and retailer HO's.
