National Account Manager – Fresh Produce, Meat, Dairy & Seafood Catering Supply Location: United Kingdom (Flexible/Remote)
Salary: Competitive basic salary + Uncapped OTE + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about sales growth and building lasting client relationships in the fresh produce, meat, dairy, and seafood catering supply sectors.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving sales performance, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth in new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.

Client Relationship Management :
• Nurture and grow relationships with current clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Market Development :
• Research and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Collaboration & Reporting :
• Work closely with all internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience • Proven track record in sales, preferably within fresh produce, meat, dairy, or seafood catering supply.

• Strong ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a client-first approach.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Full UK driving licence.
