This role will lead the growth of a portfolio of Home and household goods into the Discount, High Street, and Retail sectors, through identifying and securing new business opportunities and leveraging network/industry connections to enhance their market presence.
Looking for a dynamic individual with the potential to grow into the role of Sales Director.
The Role: Key Responsibilities: Utilise your professional network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail/discount/high street partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of each client, resulting in mutually beneficial partnerships.
Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure the success of partnerships.
Analyse market trends and sales data to optimize product offerings and improve sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.
The Person: Qualifications: Proven experience as a National Account Manager in a non-food FMCG environment.
Home and household goods a preference Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and desire to travel to the customer.
