An exciting opportunity for a full time National Account Manager based from home with travel as required, with a competitive package and base salary between £60k and £65k per annum.

Today, we offer our products and expertise across all aspects food service and retail in more than 80 countries worldwide through our 27 plants and 30 sales offices.
We are searching for a talented National Account Manager to join our growing team in the UK & Ireland.
Your role will be a home based, customer facing position, and will take responsibility for the management of our relationships and success with key customers across our sectors.
Objective To develop and execute strategic plans to increase Europastry's market share and revenue across key national accounts in the UK & Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with major retailers, food-service operators, and distributors, ultimately driving sales growth and profitability for our innovative bakery product range Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key national accounts, including major retailers, food-service chains, and wholesalers; Develop and implement account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration; Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels within assigned accounts; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of any customer issues; Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts; Forecast sales accurately and manage budgets effectively; Present Europastry's product range and value proposition to potential new accounts Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required Proven track record in national account management within the FMCG or food industry, preferably with experience in bakery or related products; Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Willingness to travel regularly within the UK; Terms & Benefits: 40 hours per week, Salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), Contributory Company Pension Scheme, Private Healthcare Scheme; Medicash Scheme; Company car/car allowance TO APPLY PLEASE PROVIDE AN UP-TO-DATE CV ALONG WITH A COVERING LETTER TO DETAILING CURRENT REMUNERATION AND AVAILABILITY TO START WE WILL NOT CONSIDER CV'S VIA RECRUITMENT AGENCIES TPBN1_UKTJ
