Rubies are looking to recruit an experienced Brand Manager to join our Brand Team UK / EMEA Department in our rapidly growing business.
Working in the Sales Department and reporting to the Sales Director, you will have extensive experience of managing sales and maximising income streams.
Your role will be key to the success of Rubie's commercial strategy, working closely with our existing portfolio of major UK accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing partnerships, extending sales growth by actively seeking out new custom, maintaining strong relationships with decision makers, and ensuring the delivery of product in a timely fashion.
Job Description: · Extensive experience with presenting solutions to customers and generating demand for our product.
· Ensuring all sales and KPI's are on target and an intervention plan developed to address any issues, which you will closely scrutinise and manage.
· Extensive analytical skills and the ability to interpret trends and market changes which can be actively communicated to the business to support our marketing strategy.
· Excellent knowledge across all functions of the sales process and the ability to harness new opportunities and leads, actively converting them into sales.
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively confront and challenge both the customer and our internal processes if there are issues with the development or delivery of product.
· Co-ordinate with Design team(s) to prepare presentations to key retailers based on their brief or market trends · Creation and management of FOB pricing for retailers to meet company margin objectives · Management and co-ordination of FOB orders with Hong Kong, retailer and logistics teams · Planning and preparing presentations to key clients, being able to answer all client/third party questions confidently and proficiently.
· Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
· Working closely with marketing to make sure literature aligns to product.
· Writing management reports on the status of the businesses key account(s).
· Building and managing strong client relationships to identify and address specific needs and resolve any issues which arise quickly.
· Employing innovative sales solutions to deliver value and exceed targets.
· Negotiate key contracts with support from Senior Management.
· Collect and analyze sales data and trends and look at where sales can be strengthened, forecasting sales growth, budgetary and capacity planning.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
· Keeping abreast of changes in product and manufacturing development.
· Significant experience of developing, presenting, achieving and monitoring your defined project plan for the costume(s), driving requirements to agreed timescale for the business.
· Ensure all new product ranges and licences are professionally, fully represented and presented to all accounts to secure maximum listings.
Update accounts on all relevant licensor and marketing activity to ensure the exposure of sales opportunity is maximised.
· Attend relevant trade shows as required.
· Analyse sales data for the product manager or customer, for the licensor, product manager or customer.
· Negotiate products, price, and listings with both current and new customers.
· Attend internal meetings such as product development, sales and marketing licensor update and forecasting meetings including regular visits to Head Office, other Rubies' sites and client sites as required.
· Carry out any other reasonable duty as required by the business or in line with main duties.
