Since then, our product range and list of retail partners have grown significantly, and we now trade with all major grocery multiples.
By 2024, Shaken Udder has become the UK's No.1 premium milkshake brand.

As part of this growth strategy, we are now looking for an Out of Home Controller to join us and help build a new Out of Home team to realise this next phase of success.
Role As Out of Home Controller , you will take ownership of the overall growth strategy for our business across the Convenience, Wholesale, and Foodservice channels.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will also be responsible for the development of one National Account Manager and a Sales Support Executive.
This role combines account management with a proactive approach to securing new business.
You will oversee a portfolio of established customers while targeting new opportunities from a defined list of prospects.
Clear budgets and trade investment will be in place to support your objectives.
Cross-functional collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with colleagues in Category, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Brand to drive success in this channel.
The person The ideal candidate will be operating at a Senior National Account Manager or Controller level within a branded FMCG food or drink business and will have a well-established network across the Wholesale, Convenience, and Foodservice channels.
You will be a passionate, energetic, and highly motivated individual who thrives on achieving ambitious new business targets and takes full ownership of their customer base.
With strong influencing skills and commercial acumen, the successful candidate will also demonstrate proven leadership and people development experience, managing a diverse team effectively.
They will excel in cross-functional collaboration, unlocking results by working closely with colleagues across various departments.
A track record of building strong customer relationships, coupled with strong internal networks, will be essential.
The role suits someone who relishes the challenge of working in a small team with significant responsibility and has excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
Location This role supports hybrid working, the successful candidate will be expected to visit Shaken Udder's Tiptree office once a week.
