You will be joining a company with offices globally across South Africa, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Vietnam, and the UK.
The Opportunity- National Account Controller We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Controller to lead one of our commercial teams and build exceptional relationships with our high street and grocery customers.
You will champion your area and drive clear strategy, development, and profitability across the group.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role carries a lot of internal exposure and autonomy to make a difference.
You will be a high achiever with a proven background in successfully managing and developing national accounts ideally top 6 grocers, coupled with exceptional relationship building skills and strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities Bring your passion and enthusiasm to grow existing clients, alongside generating new business Agree and execute yearly sales and JBPs Empower and develop your team, through coaching, training, and mentorship Relentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in your customers Be resourceful and employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin & volume targets for your customers Contribute to the wider sales team and support other colleagues with their accounts About You Minimum 5 years experience of working in FMCG national accounts Retail/FMCG experience essential, ideally top 6 grocery Detail orientated with an ability to multi-task and set priorities Results driven with focus on commercials and P&L management Strong relationship building acumen and excellent communication skills Strong leadership and organisational skills We offer Competitive salary with annual salary reviews Structured bonuses (based on company & individual performance) Work flexibly: work where it works for you Salary sacrifice pension scheme Medical cash plan 25 days holiday per annum, increasing to 27 days after 3 years service and 30 days after 5 years service Learning and development and progression opportunities Solent social events run by our inhouse Social Team Cycle to work scheme TPBN1_UKTJ
