\n \n ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \n - Safety and quality rules understanding \n - Experience in TPM and improvement processes \n - Electro/mechanical expertise \n - Ability to work independently and in a team \n \n DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: \n - Power press and metal forming equipment experience \n - Health and Safety Committee involvement \n - Previous similar environment experience \n - Welding and abrasive wheel training \n \n QUALIFICATIONS: \n Appropriate Engineering qualifications required.
