We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Clinical Specialist to join our team at The Tower School in Essex.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.
As a specialist in Speech and Language Therapy, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, comprising an Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist, and Therapy Assistant, to provide creative and individual interventions for our pupils.
Our well-established Clinical Team maintains a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything we do.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will be a recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree holder, registered with the HCPC and RCSLT.
Previous experience of paid or voluntary work within a trauma or complex needs setting is essential.
You will also have experience within the specialist client group, including complex communication issues relating to autism, language disorder, dyspraxia, sensory impairment, learning disabilities/difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.
Key responsibilities will include: Delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide creative and individual interventions Supporting the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum (pro rata), plus a £3,000 welcome bonus, a £2,000 training allowance, and a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and access to a flexible benefits platform.
