Multi Trader Maintenance/Social Housing £38,000 - £40,000pa + Company Van + OTE London Workflow Recruitment are working alongside a leading social housing contractor who are looking to take on a Permanent Multi Trader to work on day-to-day repairs /and maintenance on domestic properties.
Working within the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties.
Multi Trader duties will include various repairs in tenanted domestic properties.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week.
The successful Multi Trader will receive a competitive Salary between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + OTE, work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions.
Company van and fuel card supplied.
Role Criteria Experience in at least 1 of the following trades: Plastering, Carpentry, Floor Laying.
Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures.
Able to deal with fast paced environments and adaptable to changing working environments.
Must be flexible and able to take on other responsibilities.
Team player and ability to work alone Experience of using a PDA is not essential as training will be given but desirable Multi Trader Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) (Fulltime) Able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
