Carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: Painting and Decorating Plumbing Carpentry Interior Decoration General Property Repairs Tasks What We're Looking For?
Multi-Skilled Expertise: You have experience in multiple maintenance disciplines such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
Qualified Professional: You hold recognized qualifications in one or more of these trades.
Attention to Detail: You understand building regulations and safety standards, ensuring high-quality service every time.
Dependable and Organized: You are punctual, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail.
Essential Requirement: A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
