Multi Trade Operative

Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: West London Salary: £20.00 per hour We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Multi Trade Operative to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing contract in West London.
Responsibilities: Carrying out high quality repairs to the council housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching a wall, repairing tiles, all types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, fence repairs, etc.
Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations Basic Criminal Record Check Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP Benefits: A company van and fuel card (strictly for business use only) If you are interested in this position, we'd encourage you to apply or reach out to Leah for more details.
