Multi Skilled Plumber

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around Crawley areas Responsibilities: Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor plumbing, carpentry/joinery, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experienceRequirements: Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade Strong Health and Safety knowledge Experience of working in both occupied and void propertiesIf you would like to hear more about this role or are interested please call us on (phone number removed) or upload your cv below Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
