About the Role :As a Multi Skilled Operative within our branch you will predominately work within our void and some occupied properties.
The successful candidate will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
The main duties will fire door installation, carpentry joinery, plastering, floor laying, tiling and decorating the properties.Role Criteria:Multi Skilled Operative with a main Trade as an experienced Carpenter & Joiner, for this position we will be looking to recruit a candidate with experience in fire door and fire safety installations and a basic skill set of other trades such as void refurbishment, painting and decorating and plumbing.We are looking for a passionate Multi Skilled Operative to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs / voids team environment.
