Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm's Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.Day to day duties:Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied properties Responsible for duties to include but not limited to –changing taps, Isolation valves, stop valves, changing waste pipes fitting new bathrooms, painting and decorating, Plastering etcProviding high levels of customer care at all timesRole Criteria:Core Trade in Plumbing Experience in Carpentry, Floor Laying, TilingSocial housing backgroundTeam PlayerGood Communication Skills UK full driving licenseTo drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.Benefits we can offer you.
