Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician Days Role – 07.00 – 15.00 (M-F) Excellent salary + Bonus + Employee Assistance Program A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team at a manufacturing company who supply a wide range of insulated products to construction and transportation sector.
The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician join a small team of Engineers and will be responsible for maintenance, service and repair of plant and equipment across site.
The role: Mechanical and electrical fault finding and diagnostics Machine installation Carry out PPM's and weekly/monthly checks Co-ordinate contractors Order and maintain spares and ensure system is up to date Assist Engineering Manager with innovation and development projects The person: Time served Mechanical / Multi-skilled Engineer (C&G/NVQ3/HNC/HND) Min 5 years experience of maintenance gained in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude ; hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication Desired electrical experience; motors, drives, PLC fault finding Comfortable working in a small team and willing to contribute to a wide range of tasks Excellent fault finding/diagnostic skills Improvement mind-set and willingness to take an active involvement in innovation projects Team player with excellent communication skills APPLY NOW to be considered
