Duties will range from reactive maintenance and repairs to carrying out planned preventative maintenance and project work.For this position, you must have: Experience in general building maintenance, including installation, fault-finding, and repairs.A recognised qualification or apprenticeship in a relevant trade, such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or a similar field.The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.The ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
In addition to specific trade duties, the post-holder will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the University Estate, working alongside skilled colleagues.
