The site itself is a heavy industrial plant with degree of PLC control machinery and automation, a wide range of materials handling and conveying equipment as well as pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
Multi Skilled Engineer Responsibilities Electro-mechanical repairs to a PLC-controlled plant, handling and conveying equipment, also pneumatic and hydraulic control systems Maintain plant facilities and services, including compressed air systems.
Responsible for a mixture of reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a wide range of production and process machinery.
work with suppliers on new machinery upgrades, modifications and installation Input to and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance routines to ensure optimal performance.
Support the operations team in achieving targets and maintaining efficient operations.
Reactive Maintenance Pre-planned maintenance - CMMS Installation of machinery Machinery upgrades and modifications Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements: Trades qualification in an engineering discipline.
Strong mechanical and electrical background, with a primary skill focus on electrical/mechanical systems.
Aptitude for process awareness and experience in diagnostic/troubleshooting gained in a high-volume environment You must be prepared to be on call 1 week in 4.
