The prime activity of the business is the manufacture of highly technical heating cables for use predominantly in the oil and gas and advanced processing industries.About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as HR Manager initially to work across our sites at Heat Trace but with future plans to expand the remit across our other UK group businesses.
To provide strong HR generalist expertise as part of the senior management team working closely with Managers on all aspects of HR from recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development and engagement.
You will be great at solving problems who can be trusted in resolving challenging situations, continually driving forward best practice and ensuring compliance with all group procedures, policies and employment legislation.About you:Key Requirements: Working closely with the management teams you will support on all areas of HR including performance management, disciplinary and grievance and absence management.You'll have experience in working collaboratively with all levels of a business building confidence in managers to take more ownership of day to day HR issues.You'll also need to be analytical and comfortable with monthly reporting and managing our HR systems.You'll be flexible in your approach to work, travel to different sites is a must depending on HR requirements.
