As an MSP Resourcing Partner, you will be instrumental in managing and delivering top-tier talent acquisition services for our client, through our managed service provider (MSP) framework.
Your role involves engaging with stakeholders, driving the recruitment process to ensure that talent solutions align with the client's strategic objectives.
You will also be responsible for managing the temporary population.
Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles within the organisation.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic advice.Driving a high Direct vs Agency model, you will directly source candidates using innovative and proactive approaches, including networking, social media, and digital platforms.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client to enhance the MSP partnership.Drive the candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.Utilise data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment regulatory requirements.Oversee the use of recruitment technology systems to streamline processes.Recruitment Process Management Ensuring appropriate levels of signoff prior to commencing job search; all roles must be fully approved.Overseeing the submission of resumes in line with the Hiring Manager's requirements.Facilitating the coordination of interviews in partnership with the Recruitment Coordination team.Managing the offer process – including providing up-to-date salary/rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area and successful transition from offer stage to start date.Ad hoc project work as given by the business, Program Manager and Account Director from time to time.Line Manager Relationship Management Meeting with each Hiring Manager to discuss new vacancies and agree to the resourcing strategy.Providing regular market information from both internal and external sources.Assisting in writing approved role profiles in line with legislative requirements.Partnering in recruitment activity and offering added value services.Regularly meeting with Hiring Managers to discuss process, policy and promoting direct recruitment as both a cost saving initiative and value-added service of Robert Walters - Outsourcing.Process and Procedure Compliance Ensuring 100% compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.Ensuring in-house recruitment management solution is accurate and up to date at all times with 100% data integrity.Ensuring compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies, cost management, etc.

Who You Are Proven experience in a temporary recruitment role, preferably within an MSP environment.Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing techniques and strategies.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.Proficient use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to drive decision-making.Demonstrable direct temporary recruitment experience within financial services.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions.Proven stakeholder engagement experience and responsible for allocated positions from approval to offer and ensuring adherence to service levels and standards.A unique opportunity to drive projects such as Employer Branding, Talent pipelining, Recruitment Innovation, Candidate Experience.A track record of high performance and an ability to deliver excellent results consistently is key.In return for your hard work, you'll be offered a competitive top salary and benefits package with bonuses/commission and fantastic incentives programme including private medical insurance, a fantastic training and development programme, volunteer time off, and the opportunity to partake / qualify for our Global incentive weekend.
