Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure optimal functionality.
Build and maintain secure, scalable solutions in line with Microsoft best practices.
Support the team in extending and optimising Power Platform capabilities.
Essential Skills Proficient in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong hands-on development skills with tools like C# and JavaScript for platform extensions.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud technology and security frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics (e.g., App Maker Associate, Developer Associate).
Experience with AI integration through Power Platform AI Builder.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies.
