TSA Surveying have been instructed by a well-established Leeds based boutique real-estate consultancy who has over 20 years experience to find an ambitious MRICS Senior Surveyor/Associate to join their Agency and Development team.
With a team of 22 our client is a genuine leader within the Yorkshire property market with a strong track record of delivering excellence to their clients in a diverse range of sectors across all General Practice disciplines and have a long list of notable complex and prestigious projects in their project portfolio.
This role is described by the Directors as market and client facing and would therefore suit an ambitious individual who is striving to develop their career forward where they are more instrumental and influential in shaping client ideas and outcomes in the Retail and Leisure sector.
We believe that this role may suit a Senior MRICS General Practice Surveyor who may be working in a national corporate real estate business whose client contact is somewhat limited which is then impacting on your ability to influence client outcomes and therefore personal development.
