Moulding Production Technician

Continuous Night Shift 11pm - 11am (3 days on and 3 days off ) Join a fast-paced team producing high-quality plastic components using cutting-edge injection moulding technology.
Collaborate with skilled professionals in a dynamic manufacturing environment to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: * Operate injection moulding machines to meet exact specifications.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues (mechanical/electrical).
* Perform scheduled maintenance and support annual machine upkeep.
* Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
* Maintain production records using SAP and inspect equipment for compliance.
Requirements: * Essential: Level 3 qualification in engineering.
* Desirable: Injection moulding experience and technical expertise in manufacturing.
* Proficient in fault-finding, lean principles, and basic computer skills.
* Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and a strong team player.
