Motor Vehicle Technician

Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician Location: Bristol  Salary: Up to £34,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus – OTE £40,000+ We have a turnover of approximately 250 million and employ over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.
We are looking to recruit a Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Bristol.
Our performance has been continuing to grow as well as being recognized for the quality of service provided to our customers.
As such we require a self-motivated individual, who is able to use their own initiative to work alongside our existing team in our busy service department.
Responsibilities: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
Undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
Providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance.
Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations.
The Ideal candidate will: Have a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance.
Have a full and valid driving license.
Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Help achieve sales targets as set out by service Manager.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times.
Comply with Health & Safety Procedures.
Comply with Company administrative procedures i.e.
Use clock card machine, complete job cards etc.
Candidates must be a level 3 qualified Technician and hold a full and valid driving license.
