Motor Vehicle Mechanic/ MOT Tester Are you an experienced MOT tester/mechanic seeking a new role?
Jenkins Autos Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified mechanic to join our team to ensure the continued success of the business.
We are an established independent garage located on Union Street, Royton with large premises to cater for our extensive commercial and customer base.

Responsibilities of the role will be as follows: Conducting MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines Carrying out vehicle repairs and servicing Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard Supervision and assisting with the continued training of the Level 2/3 trained Apprentices Essential requirements: Experience in vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostic work Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively A valid UK driving license MOT Testing qualification ideally Class 4 & 7 What we are offering: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Training and professional development opportunities A supportive and friendly work environment Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays.
