Role Description As an MOT & Prep Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service, diagnostics, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
Your role will involve working independently and efficiently to diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
You will also be required to complete repair orders, service check sheets, battery test reports, diagnostic printouts, and any other necessary documentation as required by the manufacturer's equipment and guidelines.
Your commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.
This is a full-time role based on-site in Warrington at Halliwell Jones.
Skills NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City and Guilds/BTEC).
Strong technical knowledge and passion for manufacturer products.
Skilled in fault diagnosis.
Ability to deliver first-time fixes and meet customer satisfaction.
Able to work independently and within set timescales.
Comply with warranty write-ups and record chargeable labour and consumables accurately.
Motivated team player with attention to detail.
Willing to learn and stay updated on technical/product information.
Excellent customer service attitude.
Enthusiastic, dynamic, and team oriented.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
Proficient with computer applications and diagnostic equipment.
