As a Mortgage Support Officer, you will: \n Assist the sales team with administrative tasks for new leads.
\n Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients via phone and email.
\n Support the packaging of deals for the underwriting team.
\n Provide necessary data to the Senior Leadership Team.
\n Consult with clients and brokers to meet their specific needs.
\n Liaise with brokers, BDMs, and clients to issue suitable DIPs.
\n Chase DIPs to ensure applications are returned.
\n Package completed applications for underwriting.
\n Engage with new brokers to secure deals.
\n Handle direct enquiries and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
\n Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
\n Upload sales invoices.
