Duties will include: Provide a quality, compliant and efficient advice service to clients.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.
Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner You will have: A minimum of 3 years experience as an Mortgage Advisor Cemap 3 qualified - CAS status desirable A forward thinking personality £28,000 - £45,000 Basic + Commission OTE £100k Great benefits package For further details please contact Tegan on (phone number removed)
