Home Instead St Albans is seeking a Morning Care Professional to join our team.
As a Morning Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities of a care assistant:Assist clients with getting ready for the day such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Provide companionship and emotional support.Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.Administer medication and monitor health conditions.Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.Maintain accurate records of care provided.Requirements:Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.Reliable and punctual.Live local to St Albans and surrounding areasA caring and empathetic nature.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Excellent rates of pay ranging from £13.75-£14.75phNo previous experience requiredPaid training provided to get you started!Mileage allowance of 45p per milePaid travel time between clientsDouble pay on bank holidaysMinimum one-hour visitsOngoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive and friendly office teamIf you are passionate about providing exceptional care and want to join a team that values and supports its employees, we would love to hear from you.
