They will be an integral part of The Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism In-Patient, Culture of Care Quality Transformation Plan, which is an exciting development to improve the quality and safety of care people experience in mental health, learning disabilities and autism in-patient settings by implementing a new reimagined model of care.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the clinical lead Consultant Psychiatrists, in ensuring that the wards are safe and a learning culture is fostered.
The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring optimum performance within the team, monitoring of service quality and developing services to meet national and local policies, targets and evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication and motivation skills are essential, as is the ability to promote strong leadership, demonstrating both our Trust values and our culture of compassionate care.
