Full-Time Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher – Secondary School in Fleet GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate MFL Teacher to join a reputable secondary school in Fleet.
This full-time maternity cover position is set to commence after the February half term or Easter, depending on the availability of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent consultations, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Proven experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at the secondary level is advantageous.
