Job Purpose:Before applying for this job, it is important that youJob Purpose:The purpose of this post is to provide the post holder with training to develop skills in configuration, administration and support of the Council's ICT infrastructure, applications and services.
The post holder will work towards a Modern Apprenticeship (IT and Telecommunications) at SCQF Level 5 or Level 6.The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:Three Standard Grades at Level 3 or above with Computing desirable, orRelevant work experienceThe postholder is able to demonstrate:Skills and experience in: Good customer serviceWorking as a self-motivated team playerFollowing instructions and written processes An understanding of: Microsoft Windows 10/11Microsoft (e.g.
